FDS customer application is the end user application to accomplish the following tasks:

1) Ask for a delivery

2) Schedule, re-schedule and cancel shipments

3) View shipment history

4) Track shipments on the map

5) Receive shipments’ notifications

6) Contact customer service

7) Get shipment receipt

The application can be used for standard shipments tracking; also it can be used for point to point delivery
