Feast - A Dinner Journal

FEAST Magazine connects small artisan producers to the wider world through a photographic journey across Ireland. Edited by Ross Golden-Bannon and illustrated with Donal Skehan's own photography as well as his exclusive recipes, the magazine is a celebration of producer integrity. Donal visits each producer, listens to their story and gathers recipe ideas from them. He captures the artisans in stunning photography as they work their daily craft. Each visit becomes a single feature in the magazine as well as a course for a feast. The final feature in the magazine is a photo essay of the feast made from all the gathered recipes and artisan products.
