* How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed. If you do not receive an email please contact us on (+94)71 73 85 552 and email us at [email protected] for further information.

* Delivery services areas?

For now, We only do deliveries in the following areas only.

* Is there a delivery charge for orders?

Yes, the Delivery charge of Rs.250 for the above-mentioned areas.

* Any hidden charges?

No, we only charge for your order with a delivery charge. You can estimate the total charge for order in your basket net amount field.

* How long does it take for the delivery once I place the order?

We offer same-day deliveries to all orders only for the above-mentioned service areas. Customer should place their order on or before 7.00 pm to same-day delivery service. Our team will contact the receiver of the order prior to delivery to ensure the time is convenient for him/her. You will receive an email and/or SMS when the order is ready to be delivered. The above is applicable only when there is no disruption to standard operating hours due to any external environmental changes. This can change without prior notice if a curfew is imposed.

* Can I track my order?

For now, you can't track your orders from the application. But once we hand over your order to the courier we will send an Email about how to track your order via their (courier company) tracking system.

* Can I add additional products or change my order once placed?

No, you can't. If you changed your mind after placing an order, you can cancel placed order within 1 hour. But once we accept your order you cannot cancel the order.

* Do you have cash on delivery?

Yes, we do only cash on delivery for now.

* What if we change our mind once the order hand over to the courier?

If there was something unavoidable matter on that day, the courier will return the order on another day. But if you refuse to accept the order from the courier we will blacklist you from our services. You will not be able to do business with us again. Try your best to avoid being on the blacklist.
