To support the Fit & Slim course participants even better, the FenS app has been developed to provide you with extra support in improving your lifestyle between the weekly coaching moments.

You can easily register your behavior and how much you ate in the diary in “the Rule of 3 and 7 Agreements”. You also register how much you have moved daily and of course you can keep track of your weight in a graph.

This app will inform, motivate, correct and inspire you in your lifestyle and together with your Fit & Slim coach you will certainly achieve your goal.
