You will be presented with a grid of faces. Your task is to click on the happy face, this will send you to a new set of faces.

This App is based on Cognitive Bias Modification.

By focusing on the happy faces and keeping apart the non happy ones you will re-program your brain to focus on the positive side of events in everyday life. All of this will help you with social anxiety and will make you a more optimistic person.
