This practical app from BNP Paribas Fortis is free and available to everyone (you don't need an identifier or customer number).

It helps you discover, save and centralise all the information about your favourite homes and your finance options simply.

Anywhere and at any time, your smartphone enables you to:

- quickly simulate the amount that you can borrow for a mortgage loan based on your income and monthly outgoings; save all your favourite homes in the app (with photos, addresses and other information). And check if you have a big enough budget for each of them;

- calculate the total purchase cost of your real estate (including registration fees, notary fees, arrangement fees, etc.) and review the overview more easily;

- follow a practical programme that will guide you through the whole buying process: from calculating your budget to your actual move. Visualise your progress;

- make an appointment with a BNP Paribas Fortis adviser to get more information or a customised offer.
