ABOUT FITFOODY APP
WHAT IS FITFOODY?
Fitfoody is all about balance. The fitfoody app helps you to balance your exercise, food, and mindset all in one app.
We understand that every user has different goals and ability, hence we created this app to meet whatever goals you have set regardless of your age, gender, ability, and workout location.
Sustainability remains one of our core values, as such we have created a wide variety of training programs. Our training programs are progressive, which means the user can select intensity based on their goals and progress into a more challenging program as they level-up. We have a variety of programs to chose from such as bodyweight, home workout, kettlebell, suspension training, plyometric training and gym workout which allows you to break the boredom and try something new when you hit a plateau.
Similarly, our recipes are based on “non-restrictive eating” principle and gives your full flexibility on what you eat which will keep you fuelled for the next workout.
FITFOODY WORKOUTS
Fitfoody workouts are designed considering two important elements of exercising: Technique and Form. Our video explainers demonstrate exercise technique i.e., the way to perform a particular exercise which will help you to get the most of your workouts. We also emphasise on form because an incorrect form not only reduce the effectiveness of the workout but also leads to injuries. A section of our workout video emphasises on common mistakes which can be avoided to perform exercise safe and injury free.
We also provide alternate exercise which will allow users to progress or regress depending on their ability or body limitations such as disability, injury, or flexibility.
FITFOODY PROGRAMS
We have programs to lose weight, build muscle and develop strength. We have 3 different types of programs currently available:
App guided program:
Workouts ranging from 5 to 60 minutes. Option to choose from bodyweight, home workouts or gym exercises.
Choice of program based on equipment available.
Automated workout schedules on your calendar.
Video tutorials along with alternate exercises for modification.
Progress tracking with pictures, weight, and measurements.
Program switching (When you finish one program, immediately switch to a different program).
Free recipes.
Coach guided program premium (includes all benefits from App guided program plus)
Individualized workout plan based on your goal, ability, and lifestyle.
Individualized meal plan based on your lifestyle and goal.
Weekly check-ins & mental coaching.

Bi-weekly modification of workout plan if required.

Fitfoody Subscription Terms and Pricing
• The download of FITFOODY app is free of charge, and you will receive your first week of “App guided” program free of charge.
Following the trial period subscription will be required to access full programs.
Important:
The subscriptions are based on “auto-debit” and subscriptions automatically renews if it is not cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring. It is not possible to cancel an existing in-app subscription.
