Simply enter the remaining time and tasks, and the app will automatically determine the time allocation. You no longer need to think about how many minutes each task takes.
FitTasks is a task management app designed to reduce the feeling of "not knowing what to do or how much to accomplish within a limited time." It not only lists tasks but also automatically allocates time to each task based on start and end times, or within available timeframes. For example, in situations like "I have 35 minutes before leaving the house and want to finish five things in that time," "I want to tidy up, study, and stretch in 40 minutes before bed," or "I want to get my morning routine done efficiently and on time," FitTasks helps you organize your actions by visualizing time rather than relying on intuition.
In the app, you first register the tasks you want to work on as a group. Time settings are done by specifying start and end times,
which makes it easy to use in line with your daily schedule. It also supports time ranges that span across the next day, such as 23:30 to 00:15 the following day, making it a natural fit for late-night work, bedtime routines,
and early morning preparations. You can add multiple tasks to a created group and assign names, colors, and stars to each to determine their importance. More than just a to-do list, FitTasks is designed to reflect differences in priority, such as "I want to spend a little more time on this task" or "I want to finish this quickly," in the actual time allocation.
The core function of FitTasks is weighted automatic time allocation. It not only evenly distributes time based on the number of registered tasks, but also allocates more time to higher-priority tasks and more time to lighter tasks. This reduces problems like "everything seems important and I can't decide" or "I always run out of time on the last task," allowing you to create a satisfying workflow even with limited time. The card list shows the start and end times, as well as the minutes and seconds allocated to each task at a glance. The average time is also immediately visible, making it easy to grasp the overall density of your schedule and notice if you're overscheduling or have too little free time.
The timer screen allows you to work through your registered tasks in order. Tapping a task starts a timer specific to that group, clearly displaying the name of the current task, the remaining time, and a list of subsequent tasks. When the time is up, it automatically moves to the next task, eliminating the need to constantly check the clock and switch tasks. It clearly identifies the one task you need to focus on, reducing the time spent wondering "What's next?".
You can pause and resume tasks as needed, and skip tasks as required. The task list can be enlarged, allowing you to proceed with confidence while checking the overall flow.
Furthermore, FitTasks' timer doesn't just count visually; it's designed to maintain its state based on real time. Even if the app is temporarily closed, or if the screen is locked or the app is in the background, it recalculates the remaining time as smoothly as possible upon reopening, maintaining the progress. The timer's reliability remains stable even when switching smartphones or checking notifications during work, which is a major reassurance for everyday use. Time management apps won't last if their behavior is unstable when you need them most. FitTasks prioritizes continuous use for managing short daily tasks.
The input experience is also carefully considered. The task editing screen locks editing while loading saved content, reducing the risk of accidentally overwriting incomplete changes. A confirmation dialog appears if you try to go back with unsaved changes, making it less likely to accidentally lose your input. The task name has a character limit and blank field check, ensuring readability in both the list and timer screens.
In addition, you can reuse previously used task names, allowing you to quickly rearrange recurring activities such as daily routines, housework, studying, workouts, and pre-work routines.
In terms of design, it uses friendly pastel colors to make tasks visually distinguishable, while maintaining a visually uncluttered appearance even in situations with a lot of information. A responsive design is employed, adapting the time settings and input form layout according to screen width for ease of use on both smartphones and tablets. It's easy to operate in both portrait and landscape modes, making it user-friendly in any situation.
Theme settings support light, dark, and system settings, and you can also switch between dynamic colors depending on the device. You can use it comfortably for a long time with a display that's easy for you to see.
Language settings are also supported, with options for Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Not only can you select a language upon initial startup, but you can also switch languages at any time from the settings screen, making it easy to use even on devices shared with family and friends, and facilitating flexible operation depending on the environment, such as for learning or work. Since data is saved on the device, you can accumulate created task groups at your daily pace and review or edit them when needed.

Using it is simple. First, decide on the amount of time you have available. Next, add the tasks you want to complete within that time. Adjust the importance level if necessary, save, and then simply start the timer from the list card. The app will then support you through switching between tasks, simply by viewing the current task name and remaining time. It's designed to be easy to use for both short bursts of focused work and creating a daily routine.
For example, when you want to get ready and check your belongings in 30 minutes in the morning; when you want to tidy up, prepare dinner, and get ready for a bath in 45 minutes after returning home; when you want to tidy your desk, review your tasks for the day, and start on warm-up problems in 15 minutes before studying; or when you want to smoothly transition through stretching, journaling, and preparing for the next day in 20 minutes before bed. FitTasks is especially effective for these small time slots in your daily life. It's an app suited for people who want to organize "how to use the short periods of time they have now" rather than long-term project management.
Furthermore, the ability to change the color of each task makes it easier to visually grasp the flow of tasks. Importance is intuitively represented by stars, and the layout makes it easy to track the status on both the list card and timer screens. Managing a packed schedule solely in your head is burdensome, leading to switching mistakes and exceeding time limits. FitTasks replaces this burden with organized information on the screen, making it easier to start tasks.
"I know what to do, but I can't decide how to allocate it," "Even a little free time is wasted if I use it aimlessly," "I lack a trigger to move on to the next task, so I end up focusing on one thing." FitTasks addresses these small daily stumbling blocks with a simple system of setting time frames, weighted allocation, and a continuous timer. Without having to learn complex operations, simply seeing what needs to be done and the remaining time significantly improves your workflow.
This app is useful for those who want to reduce the feeling of being rushed and move forward step by step at their own pace.
Rather than aiming for perfect daily routine management, FitTasks makes time management easy and straightforward, allowing you to comfortably use the 30, 40, or 1 hour in front of you. It's not an app for cramming your schedule; its charm lies in its ability to be a partner for effortlessly managing limited time. It seamlessly accompanies you on busy days and days when you need a change of pace. It also makes it easier to accumulate small daily accomplishments.
FitTasks is ideal for those who become paralyzed by overload, those who struggle to prioritize tasks when faced with many things to do, and those who want to use short periods of time more effectively. It supports you in every aspect of daily life—morning routines, getting ready before work, planning household chores, study breaks, bedtime routines, and managing limited breaks—helping you determine "what to finish in how many minutes." Simply register your tasks and proceed according to the allocated time. Reduce the burden of worrying about time allocation and focus on the task at hand. With FitTasks, you can move beyond simply listing tasks and start managing them with time-based organization.
