FITWIN: Corporate Wellness

FITWIN is a Corporate Wellness platform used to create positive company culture by building a community of healthy individuals. We focus on helping employers drive up employee retention, engagement and health through “turnkey” programs that elevate the energy, fitness and wellness of staff. This in turn creates a more collaborative and enjoyable workplace culture. We do this by focusing on Education, Motivation and Results.

Challenges

Colleagues are able to compete amongst themselves, and push themselves to strive towards a better version of themselves. FITWIN offers 3 categories of challenges; Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness.

Leaderboard

As the employer, you have the ability to create teams within your company. Each team member will earn points from completing challenges and participating in FITWIN activities. The Leaderboard will make it easier to tracks activities and results.

Support

Each company will be provided with staff to support the implementation and life of the program. FITWIN has Engagement Coaches who will provide your staff with full support to help answer questions around the wellness program as well as Health Advisors for individual access for nutrition, motivation and training tips to keep people engaged.

- Get help from FITWIN’s health and fitness trainers, who provide you with the accountability, expertise and motivation that you need to reach your weight goals

- Develop customized nutrition goals to guide you on your way to a healthier lifestyle
