FlashTube is an open "wall" for instant messaging—no login, no registration, no friction. To manage the high-velocity stream of data, FlashTube relies on a powerful filtering system driven by hashtags and usernames to turn chaos into clarity.

The interface is unapologetically minimalist and "nerdy." Built as a challenge to create a Twitter-like platform with the smallest possible codebase and database footprint, FlashTube delivers high performance through simplicity. It is microblogging stripped down to its core.

Fun fact: The UI is powered by the original Twitter Bootstrap library.
