We've taken steps towards launching a new unified experience in the Moen Smart Water Network app, with more details to come in the future. In this app update:
New users setting up their Flo Smart Shutoff and Leak Detector products will be directed to create accounts in the Moen Smart Water Network app.
Existing Flo by Moen app users will continue using the Flo by Moen app, including for the setup of additional devices, while additional work is done to combine the apps later this year.
