FLX is a fully integrated solution platform created to make Training and Skill Development for Farmers, especially Smallholder Farmers. The FLX ecosystem can fit any organizational paradigm to provide data based insights on the rate, duration as well as effectiveness of training provided. FLX supports both virtual training as well as scheduling and execution of physical training sessions decided upon mutual consent of Farmers and Trainers.
