Help your patients remember the follow-up visit by sending free SMS

Follow-Upp has the function of supporting the doctor in the management of patients in follow-up.

The purpose of the follow-up is to diagnose in a preventive manner a recurrence of the disease, a new pathology linked to the previous one or a harmful effect linked to the treatment.

Since these are periodic visits, usually long-term, the patient often forgets to come to the control or to request an appointment, with the risk that the disease will degenerate without being able to intervene.

The need is to stem this phenomenon, helping the patient to remember the monitoring phases, by sending free reminders SMS. The SMS will have “FollowUpp” as sender, without direct references to the doctor's mobile number.

Enter the schedule for your patient's next visit, with DEFAULT (3-6-12 months) or CUSTOMIZED indications, making an appointment.

The app will automatically manage the sending of 3 SMS to the patient:

- 1st SMS: confirmation of the service

- 2nd SMS: remind one month before the visit

- 3rd SMS: remind one week before the visit

You can insert a personalized signature that will be displayed by the patient at the bottom of the SMS.

Appointments entered through the “CUSTOMIZED Follow-up” function can be saved in the “Agenda Follow-up” section. From here they can be edited or deleted. The SMS sending schedule will be changed or canceled automatically.
