The application of the DRC Public Service allows civil servants, even those who are inside or outside the country, to be able to submit their problems by adding the related documents but above all to be able to follow in almost real time the processing of their file without having to physically travel. The main features are:

1. Civil servant area

This feature gives each official the possibility of:

- Be notified of his remuneration (salary / bonus) with his payslip;

- Consult your CNSSAP contribution rate;

- Know your date of eligibility for retirement and follow your files;

- Know their administrative situation and download their administrative documents;

- Consult its quotations;

- Make a request for secondment, secondment and availability, etc.

2. Administration document repository

Many false documents (orders, statutes, etc.) circulate in the Administration. To discourage counterfeiters, a repository of administrative acts is published in the application. These documents are digitally signed (X.509 certificate) by adding a QR code to control viewing and downloading.

3. Am I already mechanized?

The application is also a tool for publishing relevant information from the Public Service. In addition to the publication of his lists, the application allows an agent to check his mechanization directly or by SMS, for those who have an Internet problem.

4. FRAP Status

This functionality allows each agent of the Public Administration to be able to know his situation in the FRAP: regular or litigious agent. In the case of litigation, he will be guided for the submission of his file.

5. Census request

Request flow is better managed while reconciling with FRAP. In the case of a positive opinion, the agent is notified by a text message of the appointment.

6. Request for Hearing

An audience request is made directly by a visitor or by the hostesses in the application. In the case of a positive or negative opinion, the visitor is automatically notified by text message.

7. Denunciation

This feature allows abuse (suspicious practices) to be reported discreetly. The denunciation is anonymous but it can also come from a person who wishes to identify himself.
