When you sign up for our app, you will provide basic details about yourself, and our app will automatically create a set of dietary guidelines personalized just for your nutrition needs, food preferences and weight management goals.

You can use our app to check out nutritional information for restaurants. Don't see a restaurant in our listing? You can Nominate it and we will contact them and encourage them to join in our movement. Once they sign up you can receive nutrition information about their dishes personalized for your needs and the needs of your loved ones.

You can also use our app to find recipes that are specifically appropriate for your needs and find information on local Farmers Markets where you can find the freshest, most flavorful ingredients for your family's next dinner!

If you are working with a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist, you can request to be connected with them through our app. Once your nutrition counselor connects with your account, they will be able to customize your dietary guidelines even further, and recommend recipes and local restaurant dishes to you.
