Foov at the Ballpark is designed for adults and kids new to strength, and balance exercises. Foov at the Ballpark is universally engaging for people of all abilities as it provides a framework around which any level of workout can be built. Through baseball participants connect, laugh, and really move!

Adults and kids with intellectual delays such as Down syndrome, Autism, Rett syndrome, and Fragile X have all tried the app and moved with a level of intensity that they rarely experience. We turned the table and it is their chance, to lead, have fun, enjoy success, and actively imagine being at a baseball game with their peers.
