OUR STORY

Force was founded in November 2014. Every coach here has professional teaching experience and is full of enthusiasm. Our mission is to help every student achieve health, confidence, and an ideal body through safe and appropriate training. It also provides a safe, comfortable, clean and leisure environment, and provides individual sports knowledge and sports skills suitable for different students' physical conditions. Using the small group class system, coaches can more quickly detect errors and provide guidance to avoid sports injuries. We welcome everyone who likes sports or wants to learn sports to join this big family. Through our careful and patient teaching, you will truly fall in love with exercise, make exercise a part of your life, and be full of confidence and beauty every day.
