Form Aide

Form Aide lets you define simple forms for Google Sheets, which you can then fill in with a mobile friendly interface. The data is saved directly back to Google Sheets, so you can view and analyse it without special tools.

You can create forms for tracking all kinds of data, including shopping lists, expenses and more. Form Aide makes it easy to include dates and times in your data, as well as letting you create predefined options for your fields, so you spend less time filling in your forms.

With the sequences feature, you can create predefined lists of form data, which you can then run through in order. This turns the app into a flexible workout tracking tool - try the example workouts template to try it out.

The app will request permission to access your contacts. This is required in order to access your Google Sheets account. Form Aide does not use this permission to access your contacts.
