▶ HOW TO USE

1. Pick a waveform — sine gives the cleanest tone.

2. Set the frequency with the arrows or semitone steps, or tap a preset.

3. Keep the volume low to start.

4. Tap the big Play button (or the dial).

5. Try a preset, a sweep, or a binaural beat.

▶ PRESETS

Tinnitus masking tone, sleep, A4 440 Hz, subwoofer 60 Hz, bass strings E A D G, dog whistle, cat repel, a brainwave beat pack and solfeggio tones. Each one plays as soon as you tap it.

▶ WHO USES IT

• Musicians tuning to an exact Hz

• Speaker, headphone and subwoofer testers

• Students learning about sound and waveforms

• Anyone who wants a steady tone or noise while focusing or resting

▶ SAFETY

Start quiet — loud tones, especially high frequencies, can harm hearing and speakers. Brainwave and solfeggio presets are traditionally used in relaxation and focus routines and are not a medical or therapeutic treatment. The tinnitus preset is a masking tone, not a treatment.
