About FRF Coach

Online assistant coach

FRF Coach is a platform and application for all (young) coaches in Romania. Includes exercises, training sessions and multi-week programs. The FRF Coach application can be used to prepare training sessions. It doesn't matter if you're coaching or coaching a team for the first time or if you're a licensee.

• You can find thousands of unique exercises structured by age, goal, number of players or theme

• you can choose from hundreds of training sessions organized by age categories, including animated examples

• You can select one of the 15 weekly programs for each age group

• You can create your own exercises, training sessions and weekly programs
