How Does Send Pro Work?

Customer Panel;

- Those who want to request a courier log in as a customer.

-Customers enter the address where the package will be delivered or select their location.

-The customer enters the address to which the package will be delivered or selects its location.

-Click on the Request a courier button to list the couriers.

-The customer chooses the courier suitable for him and sends the request to the courier after choosing the payment method.

- If the customer wishes, he can cancel the request sent to the courier within 1 minute and create a new request.

-Customer can rate and write comments about the courier after the courier delivers the package.

-Customer can easily access their old requests from the left menu.

Courier Panel;

-Courier can register as a courier by clicking the courier login button.

-After logging in, the courier selects his vehicle in the vehicle information section, enters his plate and indicates the area to be served in kilometers.

-The courier records the information entered in the vehicle information section.

-The courier can reach his information by touching the three lines in the upper left.

-The courier should make the status online.

-Passive couriers will not appear in the list when the customer lists the courier, in case the courier does not make the status online.

-The courier can accept or reject the request from the customer.

-The courier can receive the fee in cash upon request, cash on delivery or acceptance of the package.

-Courier can easily access past requests from the left menu.

Admin Panel;

-Admin can see all requests and earnings status on the control panel.

- You can set the price rates of the couriers in the admin panel.

-Admin can set commission rates.

-Admin can edit vehicle list.

-Admin can set the distance in kilometers or nautical miles sickle.

-Admin can edit all pages, delete and add pages.

-Admin can turn off the registration of couriers and add couriers of their own choice.

-Admin can receive the accounting report weekly or monthly.

-Admin can see all accepted and rejected requests.

-Admin can evaluate the couriers according to the points given by the customers.

-Admin can remove the courier that he does not want to work with from the courier authority or delete it completely.

-Admin can request additional information from their customers by using the form field.

-Admin can add additional credit card payment integration upon request.
