Gabber

Gabber allows you to audio record interviews with friends, family or anyone you want, using in-app prompt-cards to guide the conversations. Each interview session is associated with a project (such as "A day in the life"), which you become a member of if you contribute. Once a conversation is recorded, it is uploaded to the website (https://gabber.audio) where members of a project can have conversations about pieces of the audio by adding annotations and comments onto the audio.
