Our service can send bills automatically to your customers every month as well as schedule your workforce. When scheduling your workforce from your computer this system will sync their phones to your computer. As they complete the assigned work using this app, it will record the work onto an "easily" custom designed invoice to each customer. At the beginning of every month our service will automatically send an invoice to the customers with all the work completed that month included. If you have recurring work on a weekly, monthly, Quarterly or yearly basis this system will save it and schedule it to your workforce automatically when the recurring day arrives. It is a set it and forget it system and it has never been easier to manage your company.
