Notification history

- Provides various notification messages related to the temperature, speed, charging amount, and operation of the electric vehicle.

- Notification history is kept for up to 1 month and automatically deleted.

- When running the app, care push notifications are provided when speeding, battery temperature is high/low, and battery remaining life limit is reached.
