Remote for GDevelop

Remote for GDevelop is a companion app for GDevelop. It runs your game preview on your phone or tablet over your local Wi-Fi, so you can test touch controls, performance and layout on a real device. No cables, no exports.

Preview

• Scan the QR code from GDevelop's network preview, or type the address

• Finds GDevelop previews on your network automatically

• Reopen recent projects in one tap, from app shortcuts or the home screen widget

Debug on the device

• Console logs and a live JavaScript console

• Inspect objects, variables and scene info while the game runs

• Tap an object to inspect it, and pin values to an on-screen HUD

• Performance stats, debug drawing and a storage viewer

• Screenshots, screen recording and one-tap bug reports

• Virtual joystick and buttons for games made for keyboard or gamepad

• Browse and play games from gd.games

• Save versions of your game to play offline

• Send a build to another phone over Wi-Fi with a QR code, or as a ZIP file
