Gemba Observations 2

This new version of the Gemba Observation app from Ventolines can now be used offline. In order to improve the level of safety and/or quality in a construction project, the receipt of many observations from the work floor is critical. The Gemba Observations app allows the user to report an observation within seconds. Experience proved that the filing of many observations will provide the project management with the right focal areas for improvement.
