Gems and Symbols

Everybody heard about the ancient magic of gems and the magic of numbers. We put them together in one app.

It’s not just a game, it’s an oracle and a solitaire. It is fun, it can give you answers and it will challenge your mind. It’s a real ancient magic coming to life in your device.

This app is for those who enjoy taking a pause and who is eager to find answers. For those who know that the ancient magic is still out there.

Rules:

There are gems of four colors:

Black onyx

Blue opal

White moon stone

Orange amber

Total 11 gems

Each has assigned a number from 0 to 9 Additional symbols are being used instead of 10 and 11.

All the gems are laid out on the field in four raws each making 13 columns:

At the start of play there are four vacant spots on the field.

Move gems to the vacant spots. Follow the rules below:

1. Move a gem to an empty spot if there is a gem of the same color and one number less previous to this spot. E.g. Amber “6” can be moved to the stop previous to Amber “5”.

2. Gem with “0” can be moved only to the first column box.

3. If there is a vacant spot after a gem with “11”, it can not be used for any gem.

Once a gem with number “0” is in the first box - it cannot be moved any more. Same for the sequential gems.

Once all the gems are in place, the solitaire is solved and the game is over.

One more thing.

There are a few helping buttons on the field.

“Cancel the move”

Tapping it will cancel the previous move.

“Free move”

Tapping it can be used to move any gem to any place.

“Shuffle”

If you have no moves left, you can just shuffle all the gems in the wrong spots.

“Get rid of 11”

If the game is in the dead end, get rid of one gem with number 11

There are two play modes:

Oracle:

Fair game. Each of helping buttons can be used just once. Ask a question, the answer to it should be “yes” or “no”, start moving gems. Depending on how many gems are in the right spots by the end of the game, the Oracle will answer your question.

Relax:

Move the gems and use the helping buttons almost as many times as you feel like. Relax and enjoy the game.
