Geo Posizione

"Geo Position" is a simple and easy-to-use application, designed for anyone who deems it necessary to send their geographical position to acquaintances, friends, and in cases of serious urgency also to any rescuers; or simply save the data to be recovered at a later time, useful for memorizing a place to be found in the future, such as: the parked car, a meeting area, the starting point of an excursion in the mountains or a trip in boat, etc.

The saved position will remain in memory until it is overwritten by a subsequent save, and can be recovered or sent at any time.

An application that could prove very useful in case of need to: hikers, fishermen, hunters, mushroom and truffle hunters, lovers of long walks in the mountains or boat trips, climbers, pickers, farmers, or anyone who undertakes outdoor activities more or less far from urban areas.

Through "Geo Position" it will be possible to search for your current geographic position, with the related data: GPS coordinates of longitude and latitude, altitude, street address (if available), and a reference link to the map. After a short search, the position will be displayed on a geographical map with the related data, thus allowing you to choose whether to send it through the multiple applications on the phone displayed on the curtain, or save the data to be recovered in the future. In the case of sending via messages, the recipient will display a text containing: a note (if added), the geographical coordinates, the street address (if available) and a link necessary to trace the position via Google Maps.

The sending of data can also take place without an internet data connection, in which case, however, the data collected will only contain the GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude) and a link to trace the position with Google Maps, the street address and the image on the map may not be recovered. The recipient must still have an active data connection to trace your position on the Google Maps map via the link you will send him.

It is not necessary that the recipient has installed "Geo Location" on their phone, it can still trace your location via the link or with other devices capable of managing the latitude and longitude coordinates.

(We recommend that you wait for the data and the map image to display correctly before sending or saving your location.)

"Geo Position" does not collect any personal data present on the user's device, such as: name, images, places, address book data, messages, or other. As a result, the application does not share any personal information with other entities or third parties.

It is not possible to guarantee the updating and loading of data in certain times as the transmission of information is based on the correct functioning of the telecommunication networks and GPS satellites, whose control is obviously not available to the developer.
