GeoContext

The name GeoContext comes from the concept of Geo contextualizing the territory you are crossing at various levels.

GeoContext is an AudioGuide on a territorial basis. For the moment it works only on the Android operating system and requires the data connection and the geolocation system (GPS) always active.

It is very simple to use, just start it and go on the road.

As you move around the area, the App intercepts the information levels: it tells you what you are crossing (a municipality, a region, a park, a reserve, a river, etc.) and tells you, on the basis of the chosen topics (food and wine , history, geography, and others) the places you are traveling.

In particular, on the "Local Info" page of the App, the information levels you are currently crossing are displayed (for example, if you cross Castelsantangelo del Nero, you will see the name of the Monti Sibillini National Park, the name of the Municipality, of the province of Macerata, of the Marche Region, of the central geographical area and of the Italian nation). The presence of the "tick" means that for that level there is the description for the selected topic. To listen to the information contained on a level again, just press your finger on the name of the level.

On the "Topics" page you can select the topics you want to hear during your trip. You can select history, geography, food and wine, geology, fauna, flora and more. The default selected argument is "General".
