Enlightenment Online was launched in 2008, under the Enlightenment Newspaper - the mouthpiece of the Vietnam Buddhist Church of Ho Chi Minh City, with its first issue on January 1, 1976.

Show Enlightenment newspaper many publications: Weekly Enlightenment Weekly (published every Friday), monthly Enlightenment Magazine (published on the 15th of every month); Electronic version of Enlightenment Online (www.giacngo.vn) and TV channel Enlightenment TV.

The Enlightenment Press is the longest lasting Buddhist press agency in the history of Buddhist journalism in Vietnam.

The Enlightenment Newspaper is developed in the direction of a combination of multimedia and press media, self-balancing operation funding, content associated with the spiritual and religious needs of Buddhists in Vietnam, reflected in Vietnamese.
