Gimli Theatre

About the Gimli Theatre est. 1947

The Gimli Theatre has been entertaining movie goers for more than sixty years. This historic building has now entered into an exciting new phase. Owner Larry Minarik has renovated the space so that along with running as a full time movie theatre that plays current releases, it is also set up for live theatre and music, as well as being equipped for conferences and gaming activities.

Involved in this venture is sound technician Ron Vermeulen, known for his work with Bryan Adams, and Mise en Scene to name a few, and co-owner of Gimli's Mermaids Kiss Gallery. Ron has dedicated many hours to helping the Gimli Theatre with live musical performances.
