Girl Fit is designed to help you stay fit no matter where you are in the world. If you are someone who loves to travel; a backpacker, travel blogger or a professional traveling for business and you struggle trying to find ways to exercise in between the events scheduled in your well prepared itinerary (that did not include 'finding a gym' after visiting famous temples, like Angkor Wat or before skydiving over The Great Barrier Reef)...Or if you are a busy mom or finishing your last semester of grad school and you do not have time to drive to and from the gym. If this sounds like you, Girl Fit APP is for you! You don't have to stress about how or where you will workout when traveling, limited on time, in between meetings, busy mom or student. I have done the creative work for you. Come workout with me and discover the best ways to get fit in any country in the world.

This APP is for you if you actively participate in physical activity or partake in a fitness program when you are on a regular schedule. However, you are not seeing the results you want. You blame the food on the plane, jet lag, being in unfamiliar surroundings and outside our comfort zone. You have used every excuse in the book why you struggle staying fit while traveling. It is time to throw the excuses out of the window of why you have not reached your fitness goals. I am here to guide you along the way, providing you with tangible tips on eating a healthy diet on the go and killer workouts that are designed to not only make you sweat, burn fat and energize the body, but to meet your unique fitness goals.

My workouts do not cater to introductory beginners and do require some basic exercise experience prior to starting this program.

Girl Fit provides variations of strength, athletic & core training, HIIT & Zuu workouts and tangible tips on how to eat and train right to achieve bikini body results.

For you health enthused nomads: A special section is dedicated to 'on the go workouts' where no equipment is needed. For those busy professionals/moms exercising from home, I have incorporated some basic equipment (Loop & handle resistance bands, DB's, and a stability ball) that will help target those stubborn hard to lose areas, and still no gym necessary!
