Ghana Key Population Unique Identification (GKPUIS) application addresses all the challenges of the Unique Identification Code(UIC) developed by FHI and create a nationally accepted system which uniquely identifies key populations.

• Locate, Reach, Test and support key Population.

• Improved information collection on key population for efficient service delivery and

planning.

• Avoid multiple counting of clients reached with services.

• Uniquely track self-identified key populations for effective interventions.

• Understand the extent of mobility of key populations and ensure their linkage to care

in Ghana.
