The Happy app is designed to help you live happier and more contented lives.

The app is aimed at people with disabilities. The Happy App contains short exercises and is written in easy language (for more information:https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easy_Language ).

The exercises should bring you to happy thoughts. Every day you get a new exercise. The Happy App was developed by Lebenshilfe Hamburg e.V. and the Clinical Neuropsychology working group. The app is still in the development phase. Fortunately, the COGITO app (www.uke.de/cogito) has been adapted for people with disabilities.
