Gluten Detector

Gluten Detector is an application to facilitate the identification of the substance right from the

product label. Sometimes it is hard to know if that product can be safely used. Do you want to

know if there is hidden source of gluten in the composition of food, cosmetic or medicine?

Just click on the screen of your smartphone or tablet and you will discover quickly. Gluten

Detector is ideal to help people with allergies, sensitivity, which have dietary restrictions or

who simply adhere a gluten-free diet.

This application is for information only and detects whether or not the presence of the

substance gluten in the product from the information provided by the manufacturer, listed on

the label of ingredients/composition. So found, the Application shows the message Gluten

Detected!, stating the origin: wheat, oat (possible contamination), barley, malt, rye.

Gluten Detector works like this:

Step 1. Check on the product label that indicates ingredients/composition.

Step 2. Enter the name of the substance you want to know about, for example :

Wheat Flour

Step 3. Complete the search and done! Gluten Detected!
