BAJAKA was established because it has a concern for security through ways to empower Indonesian technology and Human Resources in achieving improved living standards through the application of a Human Resources management system and technology that is appropriate and adjusted to the potential and optimum achievement targets.

The main function of BAJAKA is to protect client assets through total security management.

In carrying out its business activities BAJAKA is supported by experienced experts, and professionals from a background of professionals, military and police.

We have experienced managing security in various locations from Offices, Factories, Warehousing, Mining, Executive Housing, Educational Sites, Entertainment Places throughout the region with various conditions and characteristics of the region.

With professional management experience and support, BAJAKA is ready to optimize the use of its workforce and is able to provide a good alternative for cost efficiency and increase the productivity of your company.

Our security personnel are recruited from selected general public, both civilians and retirees from the TNI and POLRI who have high potential, talent, and spirit of service in the field of security work. A selective screening process through stringent criteria such as Personality Analysis, Physical Ability and Ability Test, General Knowledge and Talent Test, etc. is expected to be obtained by security personnel with a quality that can be proud of, in accordance with human resource development practices.

Education and Training of security members is our main concern. Education and Training of all our candidates for security include physical and mental development which also becomes the standard of education and basic training for the Indonesian National Police, particularly personnel from civil society, plus basic skills education to foster self-defense and moral abilities.

The coaching function that we have implemented continuously and continuously is carried out in a strict and supervised manner, so that our security personnel remain at the optimum alert condition both when performing their duties or on duty and when off duty. More than that, as a Security Service that is required to carry out its duties and obligations, BAJAKA will be able to compile Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).

The SOP will cover all activities, obligations, and short-term and long-term plans depending on the client's needs. This SOP will be adjusted to the results of the survey, analysis and condition of the work area, which of course is also based on client information and needs specifically.
