This app reads through your contacts compares the address you have with where you are now, and sorts them by proximity. You can then click on them to give them a call or a text. You can also pull friend location data from Facebook to add to what you have in your contacts.

Permissions needed are:

- Coarse Location: to get where you are of course.

- Internet: to turn addresses into coordinates

- Read contacts: to read in the contacts that have addresses in them.
