Grade Boundary

It is recommended that schools adopt a specific grade boundary for assigning grades in order to improve assessment and introduce uniformity in schools.

The grading system shows letter grade system and equivalent grade boundaries. In assigning grades to learners or students' test results or any form of evaluation, you may apply the grade boundary and the description.

The descriptors (Excellent, Very Good and so on) indicate the meaning of each grade. For instance, the grade boundary for "Excellent" consists of scores ranging between 80% to 100%. Writing "80%" without writing the meaning of the grade or the descriptor i.e "Excellent", does not provide the student with enough information to evaluate his or her performance in the assessment.

This App is developed to make the grading procedure easy for teachers and facilitators. ****Teachers and facilitators only need to provide mark of the student and the App will provide the letter grade and the descriptors.
