"Citizens Patrol" is a service intended for citizens in a modern and functional way to the citizens of application utilities irregularities or violations that are the responsibility of the organizational units and departments of the City of Banja Luka. All applications are anonymous and based on conscientious attitude of citizens towards a common infrastructure and assets in order to maintain the proper environment and the environment.
