Pune Zilla Parishad has over 1,400 villages (gram panchayat). They are involved in various development activities in the village e.g. Child and women welfare, agriculture, health, animal husbandry, water, education etc..
Gram Vikas app simplifies the work of the Gram Sevaks, the Block Development officer and the district development authorities. The app helps to easily communicate across various layers of management and gather program feedback from the Gram sevaks.
It also recognizes the efforts being put in by the Gram Sevaks and Block Development officers.
The aim is the support and motivate the gram sevaks and monitor the programs for better development activities in the village.
The GramVikas app is powered by tickLinks - also developed by Open Links Foundation.
