Grass Enumerator Design

   Multifunctional grass multifunction machine is a tool used to chop or shrink the size of various kinds of grass like kolonjono grass, corn stalk, elephant grass or straw. The size of the count is usually between 0.2-1 cm. Very customizable to the needs.

   These grass chopsticks can be directly fed to cattle or can also be fermented. The grass yield is widely used for animal feed, or it can be used as a mixture of organic compost making.

The Grass Enumerator machine is operationally very simple. This machine can be driven by a gasoline motor or diesel motor, or also an electric motor. Once the engine drive is turned on, the blades will spin rapidly. Knives can be made of steel blades or stenlis planner designed in such a way that is tailored to the needs.

   Then kolonjono or straw grass can be inserted into the enumerator machine through an income funnel. then when the grass input is hit by a blade, the grass will be chopped into smaller sizes and out through the output funnel. The results of the count can be either from 0.5 to 1.0 cm. The size of the grasscut yield is determined by the size of the filter contained in the machine.
