- fix delay issue when Turn Screen Off by Motion feature is disabled

- fix Keep Screen On by Motion problem for Xiaomi and new Samsung devices. The display timeout is altered by the app, do not be surprised :)
- disabling proximity sensor for new Samsung devices by default, due to different proximity sensor technology is used
- many small other fixes
