Each exercise is explained with an explanatory video (more than 500 video exercises) of the movement, the number of repetitions to do, the weight to use and the rest time to take.

In your schedule you can add sports and nutritional programs yourself.

On the other hand, you will also have access, in your session, to a load calculator and you will have the possibility of adding notes so that your coach can find out about your progress, your feelings and your difficulties.
