Activity

By sustaining an already acceptable level of activity or increasing a currently low level of activity Healthia allows you to track and record your results. Healthia is integrated with Google Fit for the most up-to-date, and accurate step data, and can also pair with wearable devices to ensure whatever form of exercise you choose Healthia will capture your efforts.

Health

Understand your current health status and future disease risk. Clinically validated and medically aligned ‘Quealth’ will guide you through five clinically valid Health Assessments that calculate your risk of developing any of the leading diseases of our times.

Sleep

1 in 4 suffer from some form of sleeping disorder resulting in tiredness, poor performance and health issues. Healthia includes one of the UK’s leading sleep analysis and coaching programmes.

Carbon

Healthia encourages you to replace existing Carbon fuel based transport with human or self-powered transport. You can track you journey then calculate and record the CO2 savings. Healthia will reward these efforts with additional bonus points, which count towards your chosen reward.

Social

Healthia allows you to ‘shout’ about your successes. Whether you have completed a Healthia challenge or topped a Healthia leaderboard you can chose to share the good news with social media.
