HealthX (Sri Lanka)

This is an all-inclusive patient app designed to make doctor bookings, request medicines for prescriptions and requests lab reports, right from the comfort of your home. The app will help you manage everything, starting from searching for a suitable doctor to receiving necessary medicines to your doorstep.

For a clinic visit

You can book your nearest doctor through the app by viewing them according to their specialization, fees, locations etc

Home Visit

If you select a home visit, the doctor will come to you and consult you from the comfort of your own home

Video conference

You can also book a video conference consultation through the app itself

Medicine delivery or Pickup,

After consulting a health x registered doctor, the doctor can send you your prescription to the mobile app itself. There is no paper trail or physical touch necessary. You can then request medicine from a health x registered pharmacy straight away to pick up later or request the pharmacy to deliver the medicine to your location. You can also download the prescription in PDF format and use it as a regular prescription if needed.

Lab report requests,

Similar to prescription, doctors can directly request lab reports from you through the app. And that request can be downloaded or sent to health x registered laboratory straight away. If you choose to use a health x registered laboratory to receive lab reports, you will get the virtual report to your app as soon as it is ready.

Easily create an account with your own unique QR code

You can create an account easily by providing only your mobile number. A unique QR code is created for all the users at account creation. With this, you don’t have to give your personal details anywhere in the health x system. All you have to do is show the QR code to health x registered doctors, Pharmacists or lab technicians and they can scan it to see your details

Add relatives and make doctor booking for them, Order medicines for prescriptions and request Lab reports

Have a relative dependant on you to make their doctor bookings? You can add them to your Health x account and make separate requests to pharmacies or labs under their names
