How to use our heart rate monitor app:

1. How to measure

    * Please launch this app in a bright environment.

    * Gently cover the rear camera with your fingertips and keep it still for a few seconds.

    * The app will instantly measure your heartbeat waveform and calculate your heart rate.

2. How to set

    * The front or rear camera can be selected for measurement. When the rear camera is turned on, the flash can be used together to obtain a good signal-to-noise ratio measurement signal. If a front camera is used, we will disable the flash to avoid discomfort when it comes to the user's eyes.

    * You can set the heartbeat sound enabled, and when the app detect a complete heartbeat pulse, it will play a short sound effect.

    * Users can set the measurement time by themselves.

3. Historical records

    * Users can view the heartbeat records they have measured in the historical records.

4. Reference

    * Users can refer to the normal value of pulse rate for each age group.
