We are witnessing many developments in the field of Hemostasis and Thrombosis, ranging from advances in genetics thrombophilic states and bleeding to new diagnostic tests, decision algorithms and therapeutic strategies, including emerging with force oral anticoagulants action direct (ACOD) which will, in the short term, to revolutionize the treatment of thrombosis, and new factors for the treatment of congenital coagulation disorders, particularly haemophilia a and B, which will allow a personalized medicine approach. A novel aspect is that it will spread not only in app format, but also through print and online formats. A second aspect is that the edition will also international distribution, with distribution in Latin American countries.
