BCP App is for carrying out varieties of surveys that are being carried out by Healing Fields Foundation, like, Community Health facilitator pre-assessment survey, post-assessment survey, one off the surveys etc. BCP App lets you to conducts surveys which are assigned to the surveyors based on the schedules as a part of the curriculum of Community Health Facilitators, Basic Care Provider and the results will be pushed back to the server. And also you can attend surveys created using this app.
