"Highcool Customer Care" app enables you to quickly log a service complaint for your air conditioner and monitor its status. A one-time registration captures just your mobile phone number. To log a complaint or request a service, just tap on the concerned product's detail on the app's dashboard. A unique reference number will get generated and the complaint can be tracked using this app.
