With HiLivery you can order food in a very simple and fast way. We have created a nice and safe interface so you have the best possible experience when ordering food.

Starting in app:

Once you've downloaded and opened the app, enter your address to find establishments that serve in your area. You can register as many addresses as you need, whether at home, at work or even at a friend's home.

Select the establishment:

Search or browse the list of establishments that serve at your address

Add products to your order:

After choosing the establishment, you will have access to the menu. Browse the categories and add what you want. You will have the option to customize the products according to the definitions of each establishment

Finish your order:

Once you've added all the products you'd like, complete your order and choose the payment option

Identify yourself

Create an account using Facebook or a valid email. This process will only be done the first time

Ready! Your request will be sent to the establishment and in a few moments you will receive the confirmation.

If you have problems with an establishment, send an email to [email protected] with the order details and details of what happened. We want to ensure that only well-established establishments are part of the app.
